Vintage "The Water Ram" drain cleaner, Hydraulic Mfg. Co. Kiel, Wis! Works!

Up for bid is a vintage “The Water Ram” manual air pressurized drain clearing tool made by the Hydraulic Mfg. Co. in Kiel, Wisconsin! What a beast! The unit measures about 23 inches long, has a 4 inch diameter cylinder body, and weighs about 9 pounds! The rubber end is a bit stiff, but we were able to pump the unit up, watch the pressure gauge move up a bit, and then we pulled he trigger and released the pressure, and it seemed to work as it should. We did not pump it up to much pressure, we just wanted to check functionality. It seems as though the pressure does not build up as fast as it should. The unit may need some maintenance and upkeep, but we will leave that up to the buyer. The clear cover for the pressure gauge is missing.
