:
Heat Iron to 250

to 285

Preheat the fabric on which you want to apply  using iron for 3 to 4 seconds
Put the tape flat on the fabric on which you want o apply, glossy plastic film facing iron.
Apply Iron for a few seconds.
Wait for the tape to cool down
Peel off the plastic film, the reflective layer will stay on the fabric likea layer of paint.
