How to choose Cello size:
Measuring yourself or a child for cello size: “Seat the child (or yourself) so that the knees are bent at a ninety degree angle. The instrument should rest such that the upper rim of the cello body rests on the sternum (breast bone), and the left knee contacts the curve below the lower bout corner. The C string peg (for the thickest string) should be near the left ear, with the neck a few inches away from the shoulder, and the left hand able to reach both ends of the fingerboard with ease.”
Hand size is also the primary consideration when determining the proper size to purchase. Too large an instrument can throw your balance off and/or induce tension in the left hand. If the choice between two sizes of instrument is close choose the smaller. Here are some rough guidelines to consider:
Ages 2-3: 1/8 size
Ages 3-5: 1/4 size
Ages 6-8: 1/2 size
Ages 8-12: 3/4 size
Over 12 Years: 4/4 size
Please keep in mind that this is a very rough scale, and may not necessarily work for your child. Also, don’t forget to consider your child’s growth pattern, which might be an important factor!

We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons. UPS ship to physical address only. Please verify with UPS if your address is deliverable.
Outside of US 48 states:
There is an additional charge for orders ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands…, etc.).

Return Policy
We guarantee that all our items are as described and customer satisfaction guaranteed. If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. After the merchandise arrives in its original condition, we will refund you the item price less shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, shipping and handling fees is non-refundable in any circumstances.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. If the merchandise arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a damage claim against the carrier. Damage/Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival
Damage upon arrival:
If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
Discrepancies:
If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
Purchased a wrong item:
If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for two way shipping fee such as the return shipping cost and the regular shipping and handling cost for sending the correct item to the customer.
